1:1 Therapy
We understand that starting therapy can be daunting for a number of reasons. At Mindful & Meaningful Counselling, our 1:1 Therapy Sessions are a supportive and calming place, where you have a chance to talk to someone in a 50-minute session without there being any judgement. Its aim is to empower you and give the space you need to make sense of anything you are going through.

The sessions are open-ended so you are in control of what you need and we are there to work together and help you find your way.
​
All sessions take place online and you can choose from Whatsapp Video, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Skype or even a normal phone call. If there are other methods you would like to try then we can work together to see what suits us both.
​
Online sessions are £40 each.
